All orders are sent from our oneseason HQ in Melbourne, Australia.
Orders will be shipped promptly, allowing up to 3 days processing time.
— Flat Rate Postage and Handling fee of $15.00
— Orders are sent via Australia Post
— Tracking will be provided, on confirmation of shipping.
— Parcels will be left at your address unless the shipping address is a unit or apartment block, but only if deemed safe by the delivery driver.

We want you to absolutely love your new oneseason purchase.
If your new item is not suitable we do offer a refund provided certain conditions are met:
— Your return is initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
— Item/s are in original condition (unworn and unwashed with all tags attached, muslin bag and tie included)
— The shipping cost to return item is payable by the customer.
oneseason reserves the right to deny a return if it does not meet the conditions above.

We recommend placing a new order for your desired item immediately and sending your original item for a refund. Please see above to ensure your item(s) are eligible for a refund.
Submitting a Return
a returns form is included with every order, it includes the following process:
SUBMITTING A RETURN
1. fill out your details on the form included and return form with the garment.
2. send goods back to
P.O. Box 6021 South Yarra, Victoria, 3141
3. please ensure you use a protective bag and a registered/traceable form of postage as oneseason will not be responsible for goods that are damaged or lost in transit.
4. please ensure you retain the tracking number until you have received confirmation that the refund has been processed by us.5. You will receive an email notification once your return is received and processed. Refunds are issued promptly on our end, but refunds can sometimes take up to 15 business days to be processed by your bank.

If there is a fault with your garment we will always endeavour to firstly repair it.
If we do find that a repair is not an option, a replacement or refund will be offered.
