Shipping

All oneseason garments are made with spirit in Jaipur, India

oneseason currently ships to Australia and New Zealand only

Orders are sent from oneseason in Melbourne, Australia

Please allow 1-3 business days for the dispatch of orders

Australia

- Flat rate postage and handling fee of $10.00

- Free shipping on orders over $250.00

- Orders are sent via Australia Post Express

- Tracking will be provided on confirmation of shipping

- If signature upon delivery is required please contact us

 New Zealand

- Flat rate postage and handling fee of $25.00

- Orders are sent via DHL

- Tracking will be provided on confirmation of shipping

- Customers will be repsonsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges

Returns

oneseason offers returns provided certain conditions are met:

- Your return is initiated within 7 days of receiving your order

- Item/s are in original condition, unworn and unwashed with all tags attached

- The return shipping cost is payable by the customer, oneseason reserves the right to deny a return if it does not meet the conditions above. 

Return Instructions

1. Circle the garments you wish to return on the packing slip.

2. Send the packing slip with the garments to:

    P.O. Box 4344
    Richmond East
    Victoria, 3121

3. Please ensure returns are shipped in a protective bag with a tracking number. oneseason will not be responsible for goods that are damaged or lost in transit. 

4. Please retain the tracking number until you have received confirmation that oneseason has processed the refund.

5. oneseason will issue an email notification once your return is received and processed. Refunds are issued promptly by oneseason but can incur up to 10 business days to be processed by your bank.

Sale Items 

Unfortunately, we do not allow for change of mind returns for sale items. This means that you are not able to return items for a refund, nor exchange your garment for a different size or style.

However, if you encounter another issue with your order, simply email us at customercare@oneseason.com.au explaining the issue and we will do our best to assist you.

oneseason does not accept cheques, cash, money orders, or orders taken over the phone.
